Looking For Rent Assistance Fast

Single father of three children looking for rent assistance before the end of this month. I am currently short 350$ on this months coming rent and basically have already used all my life lines on figuring this out. I hate to request rent assistance in this manner due to the fact that it is extremely humiliating for a man, however, I must throw my pride out the window and think about my kids. 

The main reason I need rent assistance is due to a disability I acquired off the job about 1 year ago. Although I have received some funding from the government I'ts still hardly enough to pay rent on time consistently. I've spent the last year basically eliminating everything in my life that costs extra money that I don't drastically need. After all this, I still need rent assistance.
